UK Socpa Arrest - country under lockdown

The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c.15) (often abbreviated to SOCPA) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom aimed primarily at creating the Serious Organised Crime Agency, it also significantly extended and simplified the powers of arrest of a constable and introduced unprecedented restrictions on expressing political dissent in public. It was introduced into the House of Commons on 24 November 2004 and was passed by Parliament and given Royal Assent in April 2005.

It's not about the illegal protest, because the law has stated that 'some part of the public highway is now PRIVATE PROPERTY', it's about THE UK CITIZEN NO LONGER HAVING THE RIGHT TO PUBLICLY PROTEST about a communal concern, isn't it? It's about having people in power WITH A SPINE who're prepared to support YOU THE PEOPLE against tyranny. I'll say it again, the Police are our public servants, they are not jackboot army to quell dissent.
