whatever happened to Tony Blair?

After ten years as the UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair left office in 2007. But what has the man who single-handedly negotiated our country into the Obamawar in Afghanistan (2001) and Bushwar with Iraq (2003) been up to while his successor Gordon Brown continues to support the global agenda aka New World Order?

In May 2008 Blair launched his Tony Blair Faith Foundation. This was followed in July 2009 by the launching of the Faith and Globalisation Initiative with Yale University in the USA, Durham University in the UK and National University of Singapore in Asia to deliver a postgraduate program in partnership with the Foundation. Was that a BIG HUNK OF GLOBALISATION/RELIGIOUS DOGMA-ising there or what? Keep the people under mind control? How much worse could it get? Religion combining with Globalisation? Eugh. Well, how about high finance thrown into the unGodly mix? Was Blair a financial wizard during his three tenures? No, he had others to do that for him, Blair was a skin-stroker, a hand-shake man for the corporate elite. These global political connections, one assumes, is why JP Morgan Chase have employed Tony Blair in a "senior advisory capacity" to velvet-skin more deals at the corporate/global level. The job pays rather well, of course.

You know, there's even talk of Tony Blair being voted in as the first President of the European Council. Congratulations, Mr Blair.

Then I discovered a book, released just months after Blair's 2007 resignation, by famous writer and ex-political journalist Robert Harris called THE GHOST; a narrative that bears uncanny resemblance to the meteoric rise and political arc of Mr Blair. The book implies Blair himself may be the eponymous ghost in that he ghosted, was the public mouth piece for, George Bush's arguments for corporate war (and eventual New World Order) far more lucidly than the US President could. Blair as the US President's ghost? Surely not.

"Name one decision I've made, in ten years as Prime Minister, that wasn't in the interest of the U.S.A..." Harris's "Adam Lang" asks his ghostwriter in the teaser trailer to Roman Polanski's forthcoming film version of THE GHOST, due for release in 2010.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence but Adam Lang's lawyer in the film is a man by the name of Sidney KROLL. Hmm..... finished the novel last night and WOW it's gonna be a great film. Really interesting AUTOPSY on the motivation for all of Blair's political policies, as fiction. Some nice twists and turns in this fictional book. Very easy read and very well written, Robert Harris clearly enjoys writing.
