All criminals are released from jails on FREE PLANET. We know this has to be done because SOCIETY isn't about burdening our creative efforts with the feeding, housing and clothing of some to protect the financial status quo. We know this because FREE PLANET is about 'total global intergration' so that we can make this the best damn tourist planet in the entire galaxy. We LITERALLY flip the whole planet on its axis when we usher in a FREE PLANET. The old laws are no longer fueled by such absurd so-called 'democratic' validity, so what's the point of jail? None.
Most 'criminals' are in jail because of having to rationalise the current PROFIT-driven property-crippled asset-bludgeoned drug-fueled Me Me Me 'fake democracy' that's ruining this beautiful planet.
But, Mike, what do we do with the psychopaths?
Well, let's have a quick look at the current definition of 'psychopath' and see what Free Planet wants to do with them.
PSYCHOPATH:
someone with a sociopathic personality; a person with an antisocial personality disorder (`psychopath' was once widely used but has now been superseded by `sociopath').
Sounds like a lot of SHUNNED people to me. Imagine how many people on this planet right now are at the tipping point of psychopathology or sociopathology. We see it even today in the form of ASBOs (Anti Social Behaviour Order, issued by the Police in the UK) - a totally unrewarding punishment for dealing with social collapse at the communal level. In fact, ASBOs push shunned people further down the sociapathic, psychopathic or otherwise CRIMINAL path. Maybe that's the state-sanctioned function of ASBOs, to actually make normal people MORE CRIMINAL.
Any extreme forms of personal expression like self-harmers or bulemics or vandals or drunks or thieves or suicide bombers or mass murdering psychopaths, are at the end of their social tether and are literally begging for some sweeping societal surrogate to gather them to their heaving bosom and tell them they don't have to fuck about like this.
But this 'reward not punishment' SUPER NANNY behaviour treatment has been understood by the Intelligence Agecies and Education Agencies for centuries, it's just that they CHOOSE NOT TO EMPLOY IT, opting instead for the Criminal System where (on a long enough time line) "everybody will become a criminal" as defined by the Las. So many of these pre-criminalised 'psychopaths' are already utilised as part of your Organised Governments, and especially used in Shadow Governments.
And you can take this one to the bank: psychopaths DO NOT like being lied to or manipulated. Psychopaths are very vengeful. Psychopaths should be let loose on the TRUTH, you know? That very valuable aspect of our tyrannical governments, the control of information and facts. Give the psychopaths total jurisdiction over de-CLASSIFYING this earth for the good of the You The People - anyone gets in their way or tries to pull rank, carte blanche.
It's evident (is it not?) that so-defined 'psychopaths' would be some of the most valuable members of any FREE PLANET 'Diversities' (that's what we'll call communities - Diversities); the most determined, the most resourceful, the most productive members of truly re-integrated planet-spanning free societies.
I know you're all looking at the screen in dumb-founded silence, shock or horror right now but on a truly FREE PLANET no one is criminal, no act is a criminal act, as long as the protection of the Free Planet is paramount. Do right by FREE PLANET and FREE PLANET will do right by you. It will become obvious, why 'psychopath' is a modern-day propaganda misnomer for a society-conflicted non-re-address. All the criminals (all the bankers (all the hoarders) all the ego-maniacs, the emotionless murderers and stalkers) are delightful charmers when they're at ease or in control of their destinies.
Free Planet 'Diversities' should positively mandate FOR this amazing resource of psychopathic charm.

What an AWESOME piece! I read the title thinking it would possibly be another way to isolate those WE lable as "mentally-ill" while failing to realize that all physical manifestations of humans are purposed by the infinite vectored consciousness or souls. A soul is not mentally ill. A soul chooses such a state for spiritual evolutionnary purposes... which means they can ALL be overcome w/o medication. I know an 18 year old "autistic" boy who is a genious millionaire who started his own computer company on his own. He describes autism in this way... "When I set my mind to something I becomes a passion, an obsession, and the whole world falls away while I delve deep into that which I am focusing until I know everything about it." I wholly agree. Such terms as ADD and ADHA are really children with higher brain frequencies, who when given vaccines, inorganic foods, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and other non alkaline foods end up hyper and unable to focus their EXTRODINARY GIFTS! ADHD = Attention Dialed into a Higher Dimention
Those labeled sociopaths or schitzophrenic are the ones that indigenous peoples would look up to as Shamans.
Also I was told by an insider mole Taiwan from Houston whos brother is FBI that most of the schitzophrenics actually know the truth but that they are locked up in institutions for what they understand about the quantum nature of reality. What they see and hear are beings from other dimentions. They have no understanding of linear time b/c time and the concept of linear are illusions.
