Scientists under attack - Genetic Engineering in the magnetic Field of Money - trailer
Árpád Pusztai and Ignacio Chapela have two things in common: they are both distinguished scientists and their careers are now in ruins. Both issued warnings against the sale of genetically-modified food and both are now suffering the fate of those who criticize such work, which is often dominated by financial interests rather than the public good. (In SCIENTISTS UNDER ATTACK), director Bertram Verhaag paints a vivid picture of a scientific community in danger of losing its objectivity in the face of pressure from the commercial sector.
Legislation allowing GM food to be developed and sold has been passed worldwide. As a consequence, huge corporations like Monsanto, whose pesticides cover a large proportion of the Unites States’ agricultural production, are being allowed to subject us to products whose effects have not been fully tested, or have even been found to be harmful.
This documentary persuasively argues that the future of scientific freedom is under threat. Today, 95 per cent of research into genetic engineering is paid for by industry interests and objectivity, supposedly the very core of scientific discipline, is a likely casualty. So can we, the public, still trust our scientists?
DAY LATER UPDATE: Monsanto Shifts ALL Liability to Farmers.
Here is the paragraph that defines Monsanto's limit of liability that shifts it to the farmer:
"GROWER'S EXCLUSIVE LIMITED REMEDY: THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE GROWER AND THE LIMIT OF THE LIABILITY OF MONSANTO OR ANY SELLER FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES, INJURY OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR HANDLING OF SEED (INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE THE PRICE PAID BY THE GROWER FOR THE QUANTITY OF THE SEED INVOLVED OR, AT THE ELECTION OF MONSANTO OR THE SEED SELLER, THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SEED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MONSANTO OR ANY SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES."
G. Edward Griffin, author of 'The Creature From Jekyll Island', and numerous other books and documentary films, and Anthony Patchett, retired assistant Head Deputy District Attorney, Los Angeles County Environmental Crimes/ OSHA Division explain the consequences of the Monsanto contract in the video below. source BLACKLISTED NEWS]

Is truly like this freakin story we are all of us in with this big bad rabid shark-eyed monster fukin up everything in its path up and gettin closer closer...closer. WHEN do we wake UP??
Our reality....is that! OUR OWN. To heal our reality we must heal ourselves. What is it in me that is causing this to happen? Our reality is running on distorted programs from the subconscious. The mind is creating this. Heal the mind and the reality will heal. I ask myself: What is it in me that is causing this to occur. Please forgive me, I'm sorry, Thank you, I love you. Ho' oponopono
According to author Eric Toensmeier, we are only conditioned to eat about 20 species of vegetables, while about 20,000 flavorful and nutritious species exist.
GMO corporations refer to these other 20,000 species that they don't have the time or money to tamper with as "orphan crops." (See wiki article)
Three cheers for "orphan crops!" They are perennial in many locations, freeing us from slavery to someone else's seeds. Some of them are perennial in Your location too.
Let's take back responsibility for our diets, and learn to work around GMO's for a healthier future under our own control.
I grew up outside of St. Louis in the 60's and early 70's. Even back then Monsanto was an evil company.
The cars that drove by the Monsanto plant ever morning to work
had no paint job left. The chemicals that they freely release
into the air ate the paint off cars that were driving by 100's of feet away. They made them erect a tall solid metal wall which in no time had holes eaten through it.
I remember my parents telling us to try to hold our breath while dad rushed to get past the plant.
There were many who suffered health problems who lived near the plant, but were told to shutup.
My family were farmers, and even then Monsanto had it's hand in playing god over farmers.
Why do we let corporations like this exist? Their products do nothing but harm those who use them or consume them.
We should encourage, if at all possible, new seed companies who have ethics and a true need to serve the collective community, not sell us poison and death.
This corporation is too big, too powerful, too controling and too evil to exist in our society!!
I pray god is on our side moving into the future, for I believe we will all need his grace when dealing with giant corporations like Monsanto.
All the brains that can be bought are at the disposal of the bankers, who create money. This is true of scientists as of other categories of people, and will continue to be the case as long as personal financial independence is hard to achieve, which is a condition the bankers artificially maintain.
mind control is what is causing this to occur... media, violence, war, "terrorism", materialism, hunger, money, everything designed to drive the human's mind away from our true existence and disconnect us all from each other. This way we don't realize that we alone have all the power (and it is pretty simple really) needed to change the reflections that are coming from our subconscious into something beautiful
For those who want to recommend "Scienctists under Attack" to a German audience, here's the link to the German trailer ("Gekaufte Wahrheit"):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGVIgvXDgIM
The YouTube link has been "removed". Does ANYONE know where we can buy a copy of "Scientists Under Attack"? - or watch it on-line?
I've emailed Monsanto and asked if they've got a copy - but doubt they'll reply!
Any help to find this documentary - and stick it on-line for everyone else to see, would be great!
Cheers - Paul
