did ex-Mayor of London Ken Livingstone really 'blow the gaff' on Institutionalised Sex Abuse as a means of political control?

with all the furore into the Jimmy Savile child-sex case(s) I'd missed this interview where ex-Mayor of London Ken Livingstone claims he'd known about the Child Sex Industry as a means of blackmail of people in power for DECADES. The following excerpt is from a longer interview he did in November 2012 with The Whole Show hosted by ex-Conservative MP David Mellor.

"I was raising in parliament against Mrs Thatcher the Kincora Boys Home where boys were being abused and MI5 was filming it because they were hoping to be able to blackmail senior politicians in Northern Ireland.

They were hoping to catch one of Ian Paisley's MP's - and they never did - and give themselves some leverage. The truth is there's been an awful lot of covering up of paedophiles and paedophile rings for decades and decades." Livingstone elucidates.

MI5 WAS FILMING IT, for blackmail purposes? did Livingstone really admit that?

So, with that in mind, what does current Mayor of London Boris Johnson and the rest of the Government,  front and back benches i.e. Conservative AND Labour AND Liberal Democrats etc., know about what 'really' goes on in Old London Town and who's filming whom for what purposes political and otherwise? Will any of these 'representatives of the people' demand questions be asked in Parliament? And this also applies to things like the Jersey Child Abuse case (below):
