bukkakeworld - for the starving millions

"Bukkakeworld" is a short novel to be published in 2008 by Offense Mechanism (an imprint of award-winning publisher Silverthought Press). It’s a book about YOU, the corporate lackey, the indentured, the subordinate. Stuck in a job you cannot stomach, under a manager you want to annihilate, in a corporation that wants to grind you into nothing more than human grease to lubricate its inhuman profit-making machine.

You are not alone.

There are literally millions of YOU all over the world. The true Samaritans of contemporary democracy. You take it in the face every working day of your life. There seems to be no respite from your suffering, no reward for your hardship. But even in the depths of your drowning desperation, there is a light, a tiny light, beaming out to save you.

She looks nothing like you, she is clean and tidy. Her hair, clothes and gum line aren’t covered in semen. The constant cumm drizzle that rots everything it touches doesn’t seem to settle on her. She has a light in her eyes, like a terrorist bomb exploding very, very slowly. Frame by frame, a new star blooming. She is your corporate messiah.

Hold her, embrace her, before the powers that be discover who she is and put her to the stake.

Please help me spread the word to the starving corporate millions trapped in their own bukkakeworld.

Silverthought Press of New York to publish two new Mike Philbin novels

After the closure of Hellbound Books back in 2005 one month prior to the publication of my "Yôroppa" novel, I'd started to think that there was no hope. I'd tried for a few years to get "Yôroppa" published, even had it with another publisher before they changed their publishing schedule and dropped several promising titles, Yôroppa included. Did I get despondent? Yes. Did I kill myself with grief? No. I got back in the saddle and started writing newer, fresher, nastier genreclectic novels than I've ever written before.

Last night, I signed a two-book deal with Silverthought Press of New York to publish my new novels "Bukkakeworld" and "Planet Of The Owls". Both of these 'genreclectic' titles are for adults only and they're crammed to the hilt with insane surrealistic horror in a manner that only Mike Philbin (aka Hertzan Chimera) can deliver. Also under consideration a novel entitled "View From a Stolen Window" and (finally) "Yôroppa".

More news when I get it, but it's great to have found a publisher once again, and an award-winning one. Look out for "Bukkakeworld" and "Planet Of The Owls" in the major distributors and bookstores all across USA and Europe come 2008, and others in years to come.

two unique writers' lively and often conflicting views of the small press

A few weeks ago, A.P. Fuchs and Mike Philbin (aka Hertzan Chimera) decided to chew the fat on some industry issues that were prevalent to them.

webmaster oasis walking on thin ice

A very good writing friends of mine Alex Severin, is undergoing a very strange and disturbing experience. She is being plagiarised by some lunatic from the North East of England, who just happens to be buddies with the admins, posting her stories on the site Writing Forums. Who cares what name he/she writes under? Princes? Whatever? I myself have seen people posting segments of Severin and I's story ZOMBIE FUCKER, RELOADED as their own (now deleted).

There's been a recent post on the Webmaster Oasis site that's rattling on about Severin's rightful claim of plagiarism against this poster. Well, in all your innocence to defend all parties you seem to have forgotten that PEOPLE HAVE WRITTEN WITH SEVERIN, they know her style, they know her abilities. I am one of them. This is Severin's work they're posting as their own. I'd reply to the post on the Webmaster Oasis site but that'd mean I'd have to subscribe to yet another fucking web site and that ain't gonna happen too soon.

You (little admin guy for Writers Forum . org) don't seem to understand that there are freaks and weirdos and wannabes out there in the world who think they can just claim the world as their own, well, it doesn't work that way. You have to earn the world by having the necessary talent. Like Severin.
