Day in Kew Gardens

we took a very relaxed train trip Oxford > Reading > Richmond > Kew Gardens, and back, avoiding London and the Tube completely. Spent a very pleasant day; myself, Mrs P and our girl walking around, having fun.

Took a couple panoramas:

first: a tree, obviously - I'm getting a bit of a fetish for pano'ing trees of late


second: a view of the Japanese garden from the raked gravel side - and, yes, that is the same passenger airliner taking off through the shot


The highlight of the day was getting Mrs P to climb up and around the Treetop Walkway (pictured below); a real triumph as she doesn't have a good head for heights AND it was all metal mesh, you could see right through to the floor from about 20 meters up (!)

every now and then I'll feature the latest in robotics on this blog. I've been following the progress of the Honda Asimo Robot for the last few years and, here in this 2009 demonstration of the running, trolley pushing and tray carrying ability of the latest refit, I have to say I'm starting to get a little wary of the future.



the other thing that dawned on me about robots is, they don't need knees. What I mean by this is they don't need a FORWARD silhouette. They don't need to TURN AROUND to go forwards and backwards, just spin the head (or have a forward/backward-sensored head) and refix the knees/elbows. That would look truly horrific, alien.

All's Honda's Asimo Robot is missing now is some decent human motion capture driving the actuators and very quickly we'll be looking at this level of robotic locomotion:

Michael Jackson died yesterday in L.A. at the age of 50 years old of a 'heart attack'. Michael had BILLIONS of fans across the world and his passing should really be as momentous as when Elvis died or when Bruce Lee died. They should be legion lining the streets at this funeral.

This being said, I do find it rather odd that such objects could have survived fairly intact the type of destruction that turned most of the Twin Towers into thin dust. Sonnenfeld: The [Argentinian] military dictatorship is still fresh in the collective memory of most of the people here, along with the knowledge that the dictatorship (along with the other South American dictatorships at the time) was backed by the CIA, directed at the time by George Bush Senior. The Guardian has obtained this police footage of FitWatch members Emily Apple and Val Swain being arrested by surveillance officers from the Forward Intelligence Team (FIT) after asking for their badge numbers at the Kingsnorth climate camp last year. The two women speak to Paul Lewis about their arrest, imprisonment and official complaint.

What was Emily Apple's crime again? Well, she's there as part of FitWatch to make sure that all patrolling policemen are, at all times, publicly displaying their badge numbers. You'd want this so that you can cite the number should an officer try to arrest you for no crime at all or go outside their jurisdiction. The arresting officers, using nerve point restraint techniques, had stripped off their badge numbers before policing this event.

Val Swain was the FitWatch photographer. You did know that taking a photo of the police is now a criminal offense right? You've seen the recent spate of Police Face Pixellations in the media when reporting incidents? You've all seen the mis-use or simple abuse of the power to Tase a perp? CHAPTER ONE - WAR IS A RACKET

WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.

A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.

In the World War [I] a mere handful garnered the profits of the conflict. At least 21,000 new millionaires and billionaires were made in the United States during the World War. That many admitted their huge blood gains in their income tax returns. How many other war millionaires falsified their tax returns no one knows.


CHAPTER TWO - WHO MAKES THE PROFITS?

The World War, rather our brief participation in it, has cost the United States some $52,000,000,000. Figure it out. That means $400 to every American man, woman, and child. And we haven't paid the debt yet. We are paying it, our children will pay it, and our children's children probably still will be paying the cost of that war.

The normal profits of a business concern in the United States are six, eight, ten, and sometimes twelve percent. But war-time profits – ah! that is another matter – twenty, sixty, one hundred, three hundred, and even eighteen hundred per cent – the sky is the limit. All that traffic will bear. Uncle Sam has the money. Let's get it.

Of course, it isn't put that crudely in war time. It is dressed into speeches about patriotism, love of country, and "we must all put our shoulders to the wheel," but the profits jump and leap and skyrocket – and are safely pocketed. Let's just take a few examples:

Take our friends the du Ponts, the powder people – didn't one of them testify before a Senate committee recently that their powder won the war? Or saved the world for democracy? Or something? How did they do in the war? They were a patriotic corporation. Well, the average earnings of the du Ponts for the period 1910 to 1914 were $6,000,000 a year. Now let's look at their average yearly profit during the war years, 1914 to 1918. Fifty-eight million dollars a year profit we find! Nearly ten times that of normal times, and the profits of normal times were pretty good. An increase in profits of more than 950 per cent.


CHAPTER THREE - WHO PAYS THE BILLS?

Who provides the profits – these nice little profits of 20, 100, 300, 1,500 and 1,800 per cent? We all pay them – in taxation. We paid the bankers their profits when we bought Liberty Bonds at $100.00 and sold them back at $84 or $86 to the bankers. These bankers collected $100 plus. It was a simple manipulation. The bankers control the security marts. It was easy for them to depress the price of these bonds. Then all of us – the people – got frightened and sold the bonds at $84 or $86. The bankers bought them. Then these same bankers stimulated a boom and government bonds went to par – and above. Then the bankers collected their profits.

But the soldier pays the biggest part of the bill.

If you don't believe this, visit the American cemeteries on the battlefields abroad. Or visit any of the veteran's hospitals in the United States. On a tour of the country, in the midst of which I am at the time of this writing, I have visited eighteen government hospitals for veterans. In them are a total of about 50,000 destroyed men – men who were the pick of the nation eighteen years ago. The very able chief surgeon at the government hospital; at Milwaukee, where there are 3,800 of the living dead, told me that mortality among veterans is three times as great as among those who stayed at home.

Boys with a normal viewpoint were taken out of the fields and offices and factories and classrooms and put into the ranks. There they were remolded; they were made over; they were made to "about face"; to regard murder as the order of the day. They were put shoulder to shoulder and, through mass psychology, they were entirely changed. We used them for a couple of years and trained them to think nothing at all of killing or of being killed.


CHAPTER FOUR - HOW TO SMASH THIS RACKET!

Let the workers in these plants get the same wages – all the workers, all presidents, all executives, all directors, all managers, all bankers –

yes, and all generals and all admirals and all officers and all politicians and all government office holders – everyone in the nation be restricted to a total monthly income not to exceed that paid to the soldier in the trenches!


CHAPTER FIVE - TO HELL WITH WAR!

I am not a fool as to believe that war is a thing of the past. I know the people do not want war, but there is no use in saying we cannot be pushed into another war.

Looking back, Woodrow Wilson was re-elected president in 1916 on a platform that he had "kept us out of war" and on the implied promise that he would "keep us out of war." Yet, five months later he asked Congress to declare war on Germany.

In that five-month interval the people had not been asked whether they had changed their minds. The 4,000,000 young men who put on uniforms and marched or sailed away were not asked whether they wanted to go forth to suffer and die.

Then what caused our government to change its mind so suddenly?

this is label'd as ART because we went to Bristol the day after the opening of BANKSY VS BRISTOL MUSEUM exhibition which, as well as having a walk about in the woods on the far side of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, we'd hoped to go and see.

I love the use of WW2 film footage to explain the 'rather patchy' childhood of the Son of Man, counter this with the excerpts of his death at the hands of Mel Gibson in the Passion.

Flemming argues that moderate Christianity makes even less sense than a fundamentalist interpretation of Christian doctrine, asserting that the Bible contains many messages incompatible with toleration of non-Christians, who reject Jesus as the Savior of Christian doctrine and (in Flemming's view) must therefore be regarded by Christians as damned.

Flemming sees God's demand that people believe in him or be damned as essentially mind control. He interprets Mark 3:29 and similar passages as damning anyone who doubts the existence of the Holy Spirit. He is appalled by the notion that Jesus will forgive murder, theft, and any other sin but not this type of disbelief.
Because Jesus knows peoples' innermost thoughts, and that therefore one must police one's thoughts to avoid any doubt, Flemming summarizes this idea with the statement that the greatest sin in Christianity is "to think."

Flemming illustrates his viewpoint that Mel Gibson deliberately emphasized the graphic violence and suffering in his film The Passion of the Christ. Flemming quotes a number of scenes from the film, and a running tally of depictions of violence, suffering or bloodshed is shown, and sees the success of The Passion Of The Christ as evidence that Christian audiences do not deplore, but rather revel in, the bloody, violent or even sadistic undertones of the Jesus myth.

On September 11, 2001, beginning at about 8:45 in the morning, a series of terrorist attacks destroyed the twin towers of the World Trade Center and severely damaged the Pentagon. The disaster is so great that in New York we have as yet, two days later, only guesses about how many thousands of people perished when the WTC towers collapsed. Commercial airliners were hijacked and flown directly into the three buildings. The first crashed into the North tower at 8:45, and about 18 minutes later the second airliner hit the South tower. At about 9:40, a third airliner crashed into the Pentagon. At about 9:58, the South tower collapsed, followed by the North tower at 10:28.


Squared Z-scores averaged over one minute for each egg. This snapshot is taken from a daily movie of 9/11, just after the South WTC tower collapsed, at 10:08 New York Time.

The following material shows the behavior of the Global Consciousness Project's network of 37 REG devices called "eggs" placed around the world as they responded during various periods of time surrounding September 11. A book chapter gives a compact summary. These eggs generate random data continuously and send it for archiving and analysis to a dedicated server in Princeton, New Jersey, USA. Reflections And Warnings - An Interview With Aaron Russo

PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT BLOG POST EVER

In January 2007, shortly before his death from cancer, Hollywood producer Aaron Russo (who produced the legendary Eddie Murphy vehicle TRADING PLACES and AMERICA, FREEDOM TO FASCISM) met with Alex Jones for an interview on a plethora of important subjects detailing the astounding admissions of Nicholas Rockefeller, including his prediction of 9/11 and the war on terror hoax, the Rockefeller's creation of women's lib, and the elite's ultimate plan for world population reduction and a microchipped society.

Despite the pain he was in from his cancer, Aaron Russo discussed a broad range of topics including the private run-for-profit Federal Reserve, his experience in the late 80's with the IRS when they retroactively passed laws to punish silver and gold traders, the real meaning of the word "democracy," what really happened on 9/11 and his relationship with Nicholas Rockefeller, who personally tried to recruit him on behalf of the CFR.



Russo stated that Rockefeller told him, "Eleven months before 9/11 happened there was going to be an event and out of that event we were going to invade Afghanistan to run pipelines through the Caspian sea, we were going to invade Iraq to take over the oil fields and establish a base in the Middle East, and we'd go after Chavez in Venezuela."

Rockefeller also told Russo that he would see soldiers looking in caves in Afghanistan and Pakistan for Osama bin Laden and that there would be an, "Endless war on terror where there's no real enemy and the whole thing is a giant hoax," so that "the government could take over the American people," according to Russo, who said that Rockefeller was cynically laughing and joking as he made the astounding prediction.

In a later conversation, Rockefeller asked Russo what he thought women's liberation was about. Russo's response that he thought it was about the right to work and receive equal pay as men, just as they had won the right to vote, caused Rockefeller to laughingly retort, "You're an idiot! Let me tell you what that was about, we the Rockefeller's funded that, we funded women's lib, we're the one's who got all of the newspapers and television - the Rockefeller Foundation."

During one conversation, Rockefeller asked Russo if he was interested in joining the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) but Russo rejected the invitation, saying he had no interest in "enslaving the people" to which Rockefeller coldly questioned why he cared about the "serfs".

Jonathon Porritt will kill forty million of us

JONATHON PORRITT, one of Gordon Brown’s leading green advisers, thinks so. In fact, he's warned that Britain must drastically reduce its population if it is to build a sustainable society.

Porritt said: “Population growth, plus economic growth, is putting the world under terrible pressure. Each person in Britain has far more impact on the environment than those in developing countries so cutting our population is one way to reduce that impact.”

The current UK population is 60,000,000 with 70,000,000 predicted by 2030. Porritt advises that a more sustainable figure would be 30,000,000 but for that to happen FORTY MILLION UK CITIZENS MUST DIE by 2030. How? I mean, by what murderous mechanism will that many people be eradicated? It's certainly not openly discussed in the mainstream media.

June 7, 2009 (LPAC) — British aristocrat & global warming denier Lord Christopher Monckton said in a June 2 interview with 21st Century Science & Technology that the cabal's intentions in promoting the global warming fraud, was never about the climate but was always about setting up world government.

Lord Monckton also reiterated his view that the motive for promotion of the triple frauds of global warming, biofuels, and the DDT scare, is the genocidal reduction of the world population, especially in Third World nations. Oh, slight diversion, here he is in a 9-minute edito-mercial for his contre-Gore-like documentary APOCALYPSE, NO! Hey, he's not a big fan of the IPCC.



Anyway, back to the pieve, Monckton claims the global warming cabal will use the Copenhagen Climate Summit, scheduled for December 2009, to turn the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change into an enforcement body for world government. "They are not frankly particularly worried about whether they get a deal on who should cut global emissions by how much," Monckton said. "It is not, and never was, about that."

Monckton also restated his view that the global warming scare is the third genocide being committed against the world's population. He said people are already dying, all over the world, of starvation caused by the biofuels scam, which came out the global warming scare. The other two genocides that Monckton speaks about are: (1) The banning of DDT which has so far caused the deaths of 40 million, and has left millions more, mostly children, still infected with malaria. (2) The failure to properly respond to the AIDS pandemic, by use of well-established public health measures, including universal testing, and isolation and treatment of the carriers. This intentional genocidal policy has led to 25 million deaths worldwide, and at least 40 million inflected. Monckton's horrifying estimate of the number of persons infected with the HIV virus is only a published estimate by the World Health Organization. The extent of the HIV infection in the world population is not known since there is still to this day resistance to policy of universal testing for the HIV virus in the general population.

In a presentation to the Third International Conference on Climate Change, hosted in Washington, D.C. by the Heartland Institute June 2, Monckton pointed out that the key to the victory over the cabal pushing world governance lies in the United States. Monckton said: "In the end, it will be here, in the United States, that the truth will first emerge. ... Not in Europe, for we are no longer free. ... It is here, in this great nation founded upon liberty, that the battle for the world's freedom will be won."

It's probably easy to say this remake is as worthy as the Invasion Of The Body Snatchers remake and The Fly remake and The Thing remake... why? Well, enough time has passed since the original was made. This is always a bonus with a remake, the fact that much social and political and now global water has gone under the bridge. In fact, in this day and age, that bridge is looking a little delicate as if anything could tip mankind back into the dark ages of feudal lawlessness or anarchic freedom-fighting.

chemtrails don't exist - you're all insane!

FIRST: I've decided to publicise the CHEMTRAILS SPRAYS PETITION over at Number 10's Gov site. Please spread this message to all in UK, we've gotta put our minds at rest and a full investigation and revelation of why there are persistent contrails (some are calling them chemtrails for their peculiar chemical content like aluminium and barium) across our skies more than there has ever been. Now, what I've witnesssed this month:


here's ANOTHER lovely chemtrail panorama (click to examine a larger version) from 7:30am this morning the 23rd of May 2009 here in Oxford. Excuse the slight breakage in the trail - autostitch doesn't seem to deal with blue skies very well, not enough signature pixels to get a good match.

This trail stretched from East to West (I could even find the flight # I guess) and the trail was so thick and [i]sticky[/i] the wind blew it right over the house over the course of the next hour.

The real nice thing to notice are the heading-south contrails in the left of the image, two of them, one above and a fainter one near the tree line below THE ABOMINATION.

June 2nd 2009 update:
that was the report from May 2009, here's the latest pano this morning - especially noteworthy are the FIVE PARALLEL CHEMTRAILS in the lower half of the shot going west to east and the north to south chemtrails being laid as this photo was taken.


And then, after a very clear-blue-sky day, here's the evening's series of chemtrails cutting Zorro-like Zs into the sky. I now know these are 'chemtrails' (or at least some laying down of 'more than steam from jet engines') because of their longevity and powdery expansion, I actually sat there and watched them for TEN MINUTES before I could get to the camera, so they're not your usual contrails, oh no.



June 4th 2009 update:
so, I get up this morning and look out the window. It's a clear blue sky and a red air balloon in the west. After breakfast, I take this image. Note the pesistent contrails that stretch off the shot to the west, all the way across the sky and then THREE short contrails planes in the shot. Actually, I don't even care about the CHEMTRAILS debate, I just want answers now. If they're SPRAYING us, why. Own up. Be man about it. Take the consequences.

Janet Jackson in Bukkakeworld - feedback.

I shit thee not. Critics of this blog might have mentioned the rather serious and heavy-handed reporting of such corporate conspiracies as 9/11 and MK Ultra and the Global Death of Human Liberty. Well, here's my reply to these brain-dead hombres-in-denial, Janet Jackson's single FEEDBACK.
