OUR ELECTRIC MOON

nah, don't be silly, our moon is not electric... but it has had an electrical visitation, as illustrated by its perfectly circular bullseye craters and its steep-sided rills. Schroeder's Rill on the moon has an electrical analog on Valis Marinaris... ON MARS, also victim to an electrical visitation.
